Good TV-radio Sat card or module for pc???

Hello to all!!
I want to buy a good Tv-radio SaT card or module for pc...what you advise to me???

i had notice two things that i dont like, the much of this thing have: audio only in stereo (the good of sat is the sorround! ) and not RDS for radio.... i want with this!!

Ahh one time i have seen one with included an "satellitar antenna" but i don't remember of what productor/model was it
