Streaming Music

Whats the best way to have music streamed to viewers of a site?

Also, are there nicer alternatives to the ugly user interface of the windows media player that I see on sites with streamed music (probably made in Frontpage).

I used a site that doesnt support it but ur site will take longer to load with music. Only if its instrumental which is good.

I used Windows media Encoder to stream music off of my old website. The only problom is I was only able to stream a single Mp3', So I used software and slapped bunches of mp3's together! LOL!
