router compatability

i'm setting up a wireless network for my daughter!
i was wondering if a d-link router and lyksys cards are compatable?
both are new and wireless with auto detect!
has anyone had any problems trying to do this??

i have a dlink access point working with a linksys wireless card no problem

Make sure that the router being B,G, or A the card supports that

linksys and D-link are very good routers, and they should detect, even if u have XP,but others may not detect good,

well the host has xp but the 2'nd computer has 98se .... going wireless on 2'nd only..i'll know it any problems by tommorow.. thx for the input!!
