Systems another NVRAM prob. HELP

hello.
I'm new to the forums, but have visited as a guest and often found help from other people's Q&As.

Yes well, today I unplugged my PC, and get it rdy for a upcoming LAN.
I took the HDD (2), CDRW & DVD, video card and 1024 MB of ram out.
I gave em a little whipe with my duster, and reconnected all my fans and everything.

I know how to handle hardware, I build this PC on my own....

Well, I turned my PC on and then I saw my graphics card info then amibios screen.
The PC got stuck with this msg: Checking NVRAM.

Well, naturaly I restartedthe comp, and again and again.
I reset the CMOS jumper, didn't help, tried with all USBs out and keyboard... didn't help!
I also took out the battery and put it back, guess what, didn't help.

I looked on my D-Bracket from my mobo, and I saw 2 red and 2 green lights, checked my booklet, and it said it shows that D bracket code when when the CPU is initializing.

my CPU dying??!!
I didn't do anything with it

here are my PC specs:

MSI KT3 ULTRA A-R-U
1024 DDR 333MHz ( 1*256, 1*512 )
GF 4 Ti 4200, 128 MB Ram (Sparkle)
80 GB IBM HD, 7200 rpm
40 GB Maxtor HD, 7200 rpm
Asus CDRW ( old ) 12/4/32
LG DVD 16/52.
350Watt PSu (no-name)
Realtek 10/100MB network card
oh yeah, silly me, forgot CPU
AMD 1900+

well, the PC has been working fine for a year or so, and I've taken it to pieces a lot and upgraded/oc'ed an dthe general stuff you do with a PC.

PLEASE help me.
ANY info or help will do, I've searched this forum, but I just can't find a working answer.

thx for your help,

need answers fast, LAN in 2 days

mkae sure ram, g card, cpu and anything else you took out is seated correctly in its slot. another thing to check would be that no name psu - do you know how close the voltages ran before you took the system apart?

and 256+512 = 1024?

i was wondering how close the voltage the psu actually supplied was to the target for each rail ( such as 4.8 on the 5v rail)
