nvidia demo: ogre, problem

This isn't the most important problem ever, but it's no less fustrating for all that.

Basically I've always been a tech demo nut, downloaded all the 3dfx ones; dolphins etc, way back when. Since getting my new setup (see below) I've just as eagerly set out to get all the latest Nvidia ones.

All of which work fine, except for the Ogre one, which looks quite entertaining, but that aside, it's just getting more and more fustrating, the more and more I try to get it working.

Anyway my specs are:
P4 3.0ghz
GeforceFX 5900 Ultra 256mb
1.5gb DDR ram
ABIT IS7-E sata mobo
Creative Audiology 2 s/card

When I run the demo, the loading screen appears, the resolution changes, and it dumps back to desktop.

Any ideas gratefully received

Oh and I have the latest directx9 and gfx card drivers, and nothing else does this btw.

Did you try changing your computer resolution to the same resoultion as the demo before you try to run it?
