Biostar Logo Displayed on M7VIT PRO for long time

I'm working on a box that has a Biostar M7VIT PRO mb.
When it boots up the BIOSTAR logo seems to be displayed for longer then it should. Seems like forever. But then it goes through the regular POST.

Has anyone experinced this? Is there a way to bypass this? Anyone have an info on this?

Let me know, thanks!

After pulling out the HD, and rechecking the darn thing it seemed the jumper was off the master prongs. Its tricky, from one angle it looked like the master was in one spot, but from the bottom it was clearly viewed as being a position off.

After setting the HD to master in the correct slot everything seems normal.
