Focus moves

I need some focus moves. I have done some really cool ones but i did them by accident. So if anyone could pleez give me some focus moves.
I also need some help in Sparks' training room (the first door). I got into the first door after beating the second, but i get stuck when theres a metal door that is locked!!! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET IN THERE?!?!?!

So people pleez give me some focus moves, and a walkthrough for the first door in the training room.

well i don tknow this control on gamecube but on PS2 you press square and it doges bullets and kicks and punches if u keep pressing it it will do crazy stuff. so try to look in your manual to see what is the botton for doging bullets.

I know the basic focus moves, the one where u hold focus and you push action, but i need some more complicated ones, ones that are cool. Anyone got any?
