Kids 1st AND 2nd version installed at once???

Recently I updated my Kazaa2.1.1 to 2.5. I was removing someother programs when I noticed that Version 2.1.1 was still there. Is this normal? I thought when you upgraded versions the prior one disappeared... Is there a chance that some of the components from the first version is needed by the second, to operate? I just about removed the first one, before I thought of that. Thanks for any and all advice.

just a word of advice transfer all files that you have downloaded like mp3 etc etc to a different folder. And delete both versions. Go to google and search for kazaa lite get that instead Once you have installed its just move all the download back into the shared folder Thats what I have done

Hi everyone. I took your advice and downloaded K-Lite. I renamed my shared folder to my old folder, downloaded the new Kazaa and renamed my old folder, back to my shared folder. All my previous downloads are in it, but my problem is this. I can't get them to show up when I type in "my Kazaa".
All the songs are in "my documents" and I have no idea how to get them back into my shared folder and along to "my kazaa"
Any suggestions???

Well theres two ways of doing it andthe way Iknow one is to copy all thesongs in your document and then paste in the shared folder or second is that you have an Option on Kazaa where you change the folder where the music or other stuff you have to share..... Damnkeyboard!! lol Spacebar giving me a problem second keyboard in a month lol Oh Yeah and also I just wanted to say McAffee Virusscan Version 7.0 ROCKS!!! man if you download anything from Kazaa or anything from the website and if it has a virus or detects some unusual it doesnt let u download it man thatshow a virusprotectionprogram should be sorry didnt want to get off topic :P
