Are you using an old DOS application/game?!
I believe there were applications like QEM that did that..
Gonna have to give a little more information than that..

I know that with Windows 2000 and XP you no longer have the memory options available in the properties of a shortcut that points to a dos app. Used to be you could tinker with the extended memory and stuff. In fact, I still have an old .PIF file that shows me those options. See attached. But they don't seem to do anything now that I'm on a different version of Windows.
You might consider making a boot disk (floppy) that has an expanded memory manager in the bat/config file. Boot from it and play your game. Do you have an old DOS disk around? Maybe search the internet. Good luck! Must be a good game!
