ok it this temp good for a pentium 4 2.00ghz heres the temp

32c 90f wihout playing games

with playing games 43c 109f about 15 to 20 min of playing

That sounds fine to me...I have a Pentium 4 1.6ghz and while it is idle it is 110f. Well, that's because it is a cheap cooler master fan...so there is nothing to be worried about.

Rule of thumb, just keep it under 50C and everything will be fine!
