PintoAP is on a distinguished road
Floopy and Zip problem
I cant get my zip or my Floppy to be read. My cd rom is running just fine and the zip is on the same IDE and power cord. The A: is just a mystery to me.

for the zip do you have it set to the secondary and the cd-rom to the primary?

*make sure you have power on both disk drives.

the floppy does the light stay on all the time?

what os?

does the bios see the zip drive and do you have the a drive enable in the bios?

My experience has always led to piggy-backing the Zip on the A: drive, just like the tape drives.
