how do I auto reply while usuing .forward

I need a way to use .forward to auto reply to the person while forwarding. I have the .forward file setup but I can't figure out how to get it to reply to the person with my message saying that I'm unavailable.

Any ideas?

Send a message via AIM to krohnjw
we use vacation here at the university.

Basically it takes all mail that is delivered, and auto responds with what you put in your .vacation file.

Pretty much you type vacation, (it allows you to edit the message in vi, and then asks if you want to enable it). After you get back you run the program again and disable it.
