video problems

when i scrol and play games after awhile, i get these small horizontal lines on my screen. the more i play games or scrol webpages the more lines appear. someone said it might be video memory is not enought but i have a geforce3 ti500 so it shouldnt be a problem. i just got the latest drivers from nvidia.com to see if it could be fixed but it didnt work. the problem wasnt always there, im not sure what i did that made this problem. maybe it is a setting that caused this. can someone please tell me how to fix it. thanks in advance.

I had a similiar problem and I fixed it by getting a real good Power Supply with plenty of juice. Not enough power or power that is not clean can often cause video corruption. Another cause could be an overclocked card or a card that is running to hot.
