A7N8X Deluxe Random "hickups"

OK i dont know if this has already been discussed here (im new) but i have a A7N8X Deluxe Mobo and everytime im using anything that involves the use of graphics (IE, games, etc) my video and sound skip in unison randomly only for like half a second. Its extremely noticeable when i play Counter-Strike. It does it whether or not I have the latest NVIDIA graphics and Nforce drivers. If you know how to fix this i would be forever grateful because its driving me nuts!

Heres my setup incase its a combatibly issue:
A7N8X DELUXE
VGA CHAINTECH TI4600 128MB GT61
DDRAM 512MB PC-3200 CORSAIR
AMD 2200+

check wheter it is psu prob or not a friend of mine gots it also but he only gots a ati 9500 radeon video card im gonna check it out if its also a psu prob ill reply later hope it works

Well you will get better performance with PC2700...here's why.

You probably won't be running the RAM at 200mhz (which you can do)...that forces the CPU and memory to be out of sync, causing buffers, which will ruin performance.

You'll run just fine with the PC2700 at 333mhz, which is what you should run PC3200 at with a 333mhz FSB CPU.

It's faster because PC2700 runs at a lower latency now than PC3200...it's proven in many, many benchmarks.

So if you don't plan on getting a 400mhz FSB CPU, then go with the PC2700. I wish I had.

Also i checked my RAM and Power Supply, neither of them did the trick. Maybe we just got a faulty batch of Motherbaords? Cuz i havent seen this problem discussed a whole lot and ive done everyone i can think of to see if it was anything else besides the mobo.

just a guess but try this . if you have an 8x agp card go into the bios and make it run at 4x . i have heard of people having problems with 8x agp cards and when they switch down to 4x it fix's the problem
