ATI RAGE PRO GL 128mb - StarWars Galaxies

Im working on a computer that has an ATI RAGE PRO GL 128mb in it and the owner wants StarWars Galaxies - An Empire Divided installed but it doesnt want to work with the DX9 are there any compatability issues I should know about before I ramble on about what I have done and what my results are?

Rage Pro is an older chip, and does not have the required functions (T&L) required by that game.
If you look on the games official site, there is a list of supported cards, and Rage Pro is not one of them:
