K7N2 Delta-ILSR and SLK-800u

I have a K7N2 Delta-ILSR, but haven't installed it yet. I'm thinking of getting a AXP 2700+. So now I'm thinking of what heastink to get. My question is if the motherboards do not have mounting holes, like this one, is it possible that a SLK-800u can still be installed on it? Do the come with clips? Also, I never had a mb that had mounting holes, and I have used a Dragon Orb and a Volcano 7+ with other mb. Both have clips, and I install them without any problems. So would I run into problems installing the SLK-800u with the clips.

Here are the installation instructions, maybe they'll help you figure it out.

The SLK800u is mounted in the holes using screws and the SLK800a uses the clips. I think you need the SLK800a such as the one found here: http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/34/374.htm?797
This uses the clips and doesn't require mounting holes. Same heatsink just different mounting-more traditional clips. Here's another link that links to some reviews and is another good place to buy from IMHO: http://www.svcompucycle.com./therslsoc462.html
