Motherboard question

First off I have a ECS K7s5a. And a AMD XP 2000+. I am looking to upgrade in the near future. I am looking to do a little overclocking. Price range is under $120. What motherboard should I get?

I'm a fan of Gigabyte GA-7VAXP mobo even if it has the KT400 chipset as it is loaded with lots of features and is a stable oc'er. Alot of people like the nforce2 boards

Yea, Squirill, the Abit or Epox nForce2's are the way to go. Especially for overclocking. Just so it's an nForce2 chipset.
