Which way should the wind blow??
I'm in the process of building a new computer. The case I'll be
useing is a Lian Li PC 60. This case has a "Blow Hole" in the top
Should the fan blow intake or exhaust?

A top blowhole should be used for exhaust seeing as heat rises.

exhaust....remember hot air rises so you want to keep it flowing out. if you were to make the top blow in it would just keep the hot air in the case.

The side fans should blow in on the processor (You didn't say if you had one or not) and the fan on the top of the case should be an exhaust (since heat rises).

the rear (will be) exhaust. Also I'll be useing a Kingwin power-
supply it has four fans built in.

I would take out the fan, enlarge the whole, and make it a cup holder
Nothing like living on the edge, with liquids just above your expensive electronics.

Logic says it should be exhaust, but this is not always the case. Mine runs much cooler with the fan blowing into the case.

i would agree with tony_j15
my case fan is using the thermaltake cooling mod plastic elbow "thingy" blowing onto the CPU, dropped my temps about 10 degrees Celcius!
however i need to modify a blowhole into the top of my case because the Antec PSU does not remove heat well at all, so i just have to leave the side off of mine.
