Put it this way, soloing dificulties higer then normal will no longer be viable. The monsters are too fast, and hit too hard, and have alot of life.
A sorc is no longer an uber killing machine, nor is a zon (good by pircing with guided arrow).
Necors have been toned down a bit, since revies are really bad now, and skeles/mages are capped at 5. They have to speciliaze either in minions, or casting, can't do both anymore.
Druid have been beefed up, a bit, especialy the elemtal, but it is still a joke.
Palies are not bad, considering how you can have zeal with a dmg mod if you put pts into sacrifice, and hammerdins will make a comback. You just have to max vigor, blessed aim, hammers, and conc and your hammers do 4K magic dmg.
Trappers have alos seen a boost, since the main three traps actually help eachother, so there are no wasted skill pts there.
Barbs got some boosts, but I see WW as a less favorite skill. It has not been changed, so it will be weaker now since monsters have more life, and higher resists.
Beserk has goten a boost, as well as the duration to most of the usefull warcries.
I am forget alot of things, but the biggest is that the dificulty of the game has been raised, starting from NM and hell.
It is not uncomon to see regular monsters with double imunites in hell act 5
And alot of boss monsters around all over the place.
I actually had to fight shenk, and another overseer boss at the same time. Not fun.
