Thermal Pastes

Hay all,
Quick question for you all.
Has anyone used the OCZ Ultra II paste?
If so how does it compare to the current standards, namly AS III, or the new AS Ceramique (spl?).
I would like to get some new thermal paste since I am runing on the old AS II, and its been on there for a while. I figure its time to freshen it up a bit.

Thanks guys.

Artic Silver 3 is the best you can buy.

Hmm, i was reading some reviews and they mentioned that the Ceramique was about 2 C avg temp drop over AS 3.
Another one said the the OCZ was avg 1 C over Ceramique.
So many choices, i just wanted to see if anyone had any experiance with these and see what they say.

I've used both ASIII and ASCeramique and the Ceramique is a little better yet a little more difficult to work with-it's very thick and sticky. Never used OCZ Ultra II. The AS Ceramique gave me 4 C temp drops on 2 different systems. Hope this helps a little.

Really, any name brand, high quality thermal paste will perform about the same, as long as it is applied properly. Really, 1 or 2 degrees Celcius will not kill your processor, buy whatever you think is reasonable. Currently I am using AS3 on my 2800+, and with watercooling, I've got it at 38C full load at 2.3GHz and 1.70 VCore. I can't imagine my results to be too adversly affected by ceramique or the OCZ compound.

i say get what is cheapest out of the 3 . the difference in temp isn't really a factor to be honost . a pc at 38c or 41c is gonna run the same.

Well I am deciding between Ceramique and OCZ, since both are nonconductive.
I was just wondering if anyone had any personal experiance with both of these that would make one better then the other, since as you guys put it there really is no difference between the two.
