P4 Broken Pins! STILL WORKS!
I accidentally broke a few pins at the very edge of the CPU, For some reason my PC as good as it did before I broke the pins. Maybe they were grounding pins or something?

lol... one time i broke a few of the IDE pins... and my pc was still working good...

Some IDE pins are just for grounding. I have did the same.

That's pretty impressive, hehe, if you contacted Intel and got a wiring schematic for your particular proc, you could see what the pins you broke off did!
