Wolf is correct.... although I usually go into command line to do it because the OCX isn't always in the path.
Do a search on your HD for the vvweb.ocx. Once you've found it go to that directory in command line. Then run the regsvr32 vvweb.ocx
Its also possible the install was borked. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. It may also be a bad download so maybe try re-downloading the application.
