Yes, the print server has been configured. I have assigned a static IP address and am using a lan connection to the printserver so I can access it directly or through my access point. The printserver has the latest firmware and the conputers have the latest server software. I have loaded the printer drivers on all the computers. When I access the printserver through the browser it shows the xerox workcentre printer as "on line". But I cannot get the printer to print. If I press the reset button on the printserver to force a printout it doesn't work.
I have the same printserver at my office attached to a Lexmark 4039 printer and have no problems at all. I took the printserver I have attached to the Xerox printer and attached it to my office printer and it worked great. The problem is NOT with the printserver but somehow with the Xerox printer.
