ATI Radeon 9500 Pro CLICKING!

Hey guys, I recently just got the ATI Radeon 9500 Pro and it is now clicking, clicking louder and louder and sometimes windows will not even reboot. I am in safe mode right now, and this just started like 3 days ago. I came home and it would not stop clicking, like the fan was rubbing against something and it's not.

I have 240W power, I konw i'm upgrading, does thtat have anything to do with it?

only clicking sound that can come from it must be from the fans . and yes the power supply could be making it reboot also it is undersized i would think but that depends on the rest of the system also

ok so the reason this thing will not let me boot to windows is because of the power supply and not the card???

Probably! If your power supply only puts out 240, you DEFINITELY NEED MORE POWER. Try a new PSU and see if that solves your problem! I'm even surprised that your system is booting.! Also, could you write your system specifications.
