please check netscape mail

I have a user stating that they can't get to their netscape mail account. I get the same error that she does when I go to the website. The page is http://www.netscape.com and then click the mail icon.

The error that we receive is "The connecting IP address has been determined to be improperly secured and may be open to unauthorized use. Please refer to postmaster.info.aol.com for further information on AOL policies and guidelines" When I click the link for postmaster, I get a page cannot be displayed.

If you could take a minute to check netscape mail and report back if you get the same message, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks,

It didn't even do anything at that site
I went to http://home.netscape.com/

Do you use the Netscape browser? If so, you can check your mail by clicking the mail icon in Netscape.
