Kids Video Capture as MPEG1/2
I've recently built a new system with a Ti4200 video card that has VIVO as part of it. I can capture with VirtualDub fine, but only as an uncompressed AVI and DivX AVI. I know that there've gotta be codecs or other programs that can capture video directly to an MPEG1 or MPEG2 stream for use on a VCD / SVCD; does anybody have any ideas? (PowerDirector Pro VE came with the card, but it crashes windoze when I load it. )

AMD2400 is on a distinguished road
This Link will help you out.

Requriments: A capture card, a card with video-in or tv-in. PicVideo MJPEG Codec or best quality Huffyuv codec and VirtualDub.

Install PicVideo first Or install the Huffyuv codec for the best quality but requires lots of hd-space, download the pre built-dll and exctract the zip and rightclick on the .inf-file and select Install.

Rest of instructions are on that site. Hope that helps. Here is another link also. http://www.dvdrhelp.com/capture. It has various ways of capturing video.
