think i baked a bh6 flashing it .

i got my hand on some p2 and p3 cpus . so i figured i be the cool guy and upgrade my wifes 300a . so i go to flash the motherboard . well all is going good it is flashing . so i look away to mess with the fan in the side door . it was blowing out so i figured i would switch it around . no it wasn't conected . when i hear the beep that the pc is rebooting . i am like hmm it is done . i haven't flashed a motherboard in a long time and don't remember if it will reboot on its own when done . i look up and see the bios for the video card on the screen so i am like cool . i shut it off and reset the cmos like your supose to and turn it back on . nada . nuffin , zilch .......

gonna mess with it tomorrow to pissed to do it tonight but i think it rebooted in the middle of the flash and we all know what that means

well she will get a good upgrade now .... needed to go to fry's for a cdrom so i got a xp2000 combo . so if it is baked thats what she will get ..

so live and learn . flashing shouldn't be done unless you must do it .....

I used this program to recover from a borked flash. I count myself as lucky

Edit: Also, if it has an ISA slot and you have an ISA vid card, you might get a vid post to work with.
