I've solved the problem temporary, i've been meaning to do a reinstall on this machine, but i'll wait till i get some new memory so it doesn't screw up again

What i did was change it to read only, deleting it would only cause a problem as it would continue, so i made a trace.log file and made it read only since the gb's of space it took up was a huge prob, so i replaced it with a file wit the same name and attributes to read only, well this is holding up.
I have to wait till this new memory ships in, it's the kingston hyper x ddr pc3200, it's two sticks of 512mb.
Here are some pic's of the stuff,

I'm curious as to what you guys think of the stuff.
I know kingston is great stuff and it's heavy on the performance, Would you guys think it is a good deal on the memory as i'm going to use it as dual channel ram. How would you guys rate the memory as, some of the best around or just too high for the price?
I have to replace this generic winbond crap i have. It is unstable and it's defective, i thought i would wait till i got a new cpu before i try the stuff out as i usually get the extended warranty and haven't once missed out on it at this store, the guy misheard me or forgot to add it so i have to get all new stuff.
Otherwise i have to wait a month to ship it in and get it back which is something i can't do. The store offered to send it back to the company for me, i'll do that, later.
