Go with the Corsair. KIngston is OK if you just want to run your computer but if you want real performance the Corsair is the way to go. You may also consider looking at OCZ as well.

I have the Corsair XMS PC3200 on an Abit NF7-S and it runs great.

I've been running a stick of pc2100 Kingston along side a stick of pc2400 Corsair for a couple years now (or there abouts). No issues from either stick or from both combined. Every couple months I run the ram through low level hardware tests, like Memtest86, Simmtester, and some other one,....anyways, never an error in sight.

All bios settings affecting ram are set to the most aggressive levels.

Obviously I can't speak for the newer, faster generation of ram, but FWIW, I say they are both great.

I would also suggest the corsair ram, but both are good ram but the corsair overclocks better.
