Kids A&A on a laptop

I play Axis and Allies on my laptop sometimes. It works ok, but it'll only open a 640x480 screen. It doesn't seem to matter what resolution my laptop is set to, it still only shows the small window. It works fine on any other PC, it just won't fill the screen on my lappy. Any suggestions?

TIA.

I have a Dell Inspiron 2.0 GHZ Celeron with 512MB RAM and a 64MB Intel graphics adapter. And as far as I know, there's no way to change the resolution settings of the game. But when I play it on my PC, I get a full 19" image. On my laptop it appears as a 4x6 window.
