Can anyone interpret a serious error code from MS?

The computer keeps kicking me off at random intervals, I'll be in the middle of something and the thing will just randomly reboot. Different times, different progs, just random. My cpu temps are fine <35C.
When I restart it says the system just recovered from a serious error. I can;t send the info to M$ b/c it's not hooked up to the internet. If anyone knows how to interpret the code, please let me know.

I'm also getting the stupid BSOD quite often. This is a new build, so there's not a lot installed, aside from drivers and morrowind. I'm off to get the neest nvidia drivers now, in the hopes it might help.

XP it is, I'm reinstalling right now, hoping that'll alleviate the prob, that's an awesome link, thanks for taking you holiday to help me out!!!

Hmm, read the fix from ms and that doesn't really address the disease, only one of the symptoms. I need to keep it from crashing, which is why I get the message, I get it every time, yes. But that's because this big blue piece of garbage keeps bombing on me... ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

from what I've read the problem is with xp and the video card drivers try uninstalling the card and using either updated drivers from xp or from nvidia that should fix it

Done deal, still got one bsod, but that was when I turned my core mem to 533 MHz. Morrowind now runs fine, before I couldn't get out of the ship. I'll keep trying. Thanks again for the help!
