I found an awsome sale on UV lights. $8.00 for the light and it comes with all the wires plus a converter box that has a port for another light.

Is 1 uv light enough for a mid-tower case?

Well How big is the UV light is it a 10" or a 12" I would say it would be fine with one but some people put two I believe thats an over kill it will just be alittle to bright in the Case with one stick it will brighten up just fine and it you will see everything glow just perfectly thats if you have UV sensetive Round IDE cables.

Or, you could pick up some UV sensitive case fans, and LANPARTY motherboard with UV sensitive slots!

1 it is! Actually I need to buy 2 whole sets. One for my case, and one for my Water-box. A

All plexi-glass with a blacklight in it! Hope it looks cool.

If nothing else, it will keep the pyrogens to a manageable level.

"some people put two I believe thats an over kill it will just be alittle to bright in the Case" Actually, UV lights don't emit visible light. You could have 10 UV lights and it wouldn't be any brighter. The problem with having only one lights is you may get shadows from the things in the case. You won't see the shadows, of course, but anything in the shadow won't glow from the UV light. Maybe you can place the light in a good spot where shadows aren't a problem. I have a full tower case, and I use three UV CC lights. If they're that cheap, you may want to order another. Try it with the one and see how it works for you. You can always add another later.

The light would be a lot brighter if you have more Idigguns. Have you tried it?? I put 2 in my case close to each other, and it brightened up, and you may not be able to see the light, but you can see your UV reactive items light up a LOT brighter.

Yeah, the things will glow brighter (which is better IMO) but it's not like the light is brighter. Micro Bean made it sound like the whole case would be lit up by the lights. I was just trying to clarify the effect of adding more lights. I forgot to mention that anything that glows will glow brighter. Have you posted some photo's of your case, Buziod? I for one, would like to see!

These "UV" lights actually emit some light in the visile spectrum, so you can in fact see the light. The UV causes certain components to floresce.
