Go back into your BIOS, you should fine keys similar to these:
SDRAM Active Precharge Delay
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay
SDRAM RAS Precharge Delay
SDRAM CAS Latency
I set those, in order - 5,2,2,2 ...however I have Corsair XMS RAM...your memory may not be good enough to do that.
First make sure your RAM supports CAS2...if it does set the CAS Latency to 2. Then try setting the others to 6-3-3 ...and try that for a while...if it works fine move them down to 5-2-2 and cross your fingers.
