WinXP starts but shuts down Help!!!

I have a Soyo MB Kt333 with a Duron 1.3 processor, 256 mgb memory, running windows XP I tried to over clock it and it shut down on me, well I rebooted and now windows won't fully boot up, it starts to the point where it comes up Windows XP and when it would normally go to the next screen it shuts off and reboots. It will do this continueously start and shut down and reboot. Please any suggestions?

Bad news for you-

The cpu probably wants more core voltage.

Thanks all for your advice, I took everything down to the Hard drive, and thats the culprit. May be a bad kernel 32 DLL.

Did you reset your CMOS then try F8 and boot to "last known good configuration"?

Just load windows over top of itself. You prolly fragged it by trying to overclock w/ out giving it adequate core voltage.
