Images help

I need to resize the following images to a ? x 300 height (where ? is, is the proportional width) but everytime I do so I loose definition or they come out looking too pixelly or unsharp.

Could someone please have a play around and see if you can do this for me for the following images or know where I can get larger versions of them

Here is an example of how big and sharp I would like them

Thanks

None of them can be "blown up" to that size cleanly, but they are fairly simple so they could be traced or reproduced fairly easily. I would need to know what they are or represent to do that though.
The top one would be better to get a screenshot or picture of a guy and then trace/fill and put in a circle then do your gradient or solid fill.

Yep what I had to do was trace and reproduce them, I am much happier with my final results as well.

attached is an example

Well, here's one of your designs as a vector shape. You can scale it to any size you need, then make the path a selection, then fill the selection however you like.

Here's the .psd file

And here's an example of how it might look when filled in:

The reason vector is good is because it can be resized any amount (small as you want or large as you want) with no loss in quality, no jaggie edges, no blurry lines.

If you're done with the images for now, then I wouldn't worry about it. But if you foresee using the images in the future and possibly resizing them for various applications, then it'd be handy to have them as vector.

To make them vector you got to recreate them using the Pen Tool (in Photoshop). If you're not familiar with the Pen Tool then you can find a very basic video tutorial here (right-hand side of the page) on how to use the Pen Tool.
