enter the matrix freeway crash

in enter the matrix while playing with niobe or ghost, at the freeway sparks calls ghost to tell him something. after that the game crashes and returns to the desktop with no error message. why? and how can i fix it?

Have you tried to get the latest update for the game to see if that helps with the problem?

yea, the latest patch solves that problem. I know that a few of my friends were having that problem and the patch fixed it.
