Expanding Volumes Dynamic NTFS

I am trying to find the best way to expand a volume in NTFS for dynamic disks, i.e., make the 15GB boot partition into 30GB boot partition in a nondestuctive way, data and OS still work as before.

I thought Partition Magic would work, but the first thing it says is will not work on dynamic disks. I know there is a way, can someone enlighten me? Thanks.
