Epso 785EPX printer problem-unsolveable???

HELP
my 785 EPX printer will not work with other papers--only Epson paper. it prints wonderfully on Epson paper----but
on other papers it leaves too much ink and spots. have tried all settings etc.am desperate.
I need HELP>

This is the first time I've heard of this problem. I've always had cartridge problems until sticking with OEM cartridges.

Are you trying to print photos or text?

If it is Photos, I would use nothing but Epson or Kodak paper. I can't see why text paper would make any difference.

Have you check with Epson support?
