Help me OUT Pleaz!!!!

Should I get a ATI Radeon 9000 128mb or 9100 128mb? I heard stories that they're not that different, plus my motherboard is old and only supports 4x AGP. Also what is the diffrence between a PRO and non-PRO card?

Thank you
Thank you!

Welcome to TechImo!

9200 is capable of 8X and is backwards compatable to 4X.

I would ercomend saving a little more cash and going for the 9500

Pro cards memory runs at higher speeds and sometimes the core as well. You will get better performance from a pro card but sometimes its not a lot.

9100, 9000, and 9200 are rufly the same,
9200 is the 9000 but with slightly higher clock and 8x agp
9100 is the 8500 LE renamed
and 9000 is well, the 9000, if I had to choose from those id go with a 9200

ok so between the 9000 and the 9200 go with the 9200? Even though my system board AGP slot is 4x? 9000 is designed for 4x, wouldn't that run better? Even though the 9200 is backwards compatible, running the 9200 is better than running the 9000??

Does the 9200 come in PRO, or just the 9000?

The 9200 comes in standard and pro, same with the 9000

EDIT: The 9200 4x will work just as well as the 9000 4x. the 9200 is compatible both ways - 8x/4x
