Asus A7N8X Deluxe

I finally made up my mind and i'm going with Asus rather than Gigabyte.

The main reason is that the Gigabyte boards that i wanted are not available yet here in Canada and nobody seems to know when they will be available.

On my actual computer i have Asus A7V333 and when i installed XP Pro the first time on it i had to install also Promise drivers for ATA 133, i didn't wanted to use RAID at first.

Is there any such thing with the A7N8X Deluxe, do i have to download the Promise drivers for that particular board and if i have to do it can you give me the link.....i fell lazy today

The board doesn't have IDE RAID...it has RAID assosiated with the Serial ATA channels though, which you will have to download drivers for if you ever want to use.
