How to access win98 backup files in 2000

Here is the problem:

I backed up a computer running windows98 with microsofts backup utility.. (start->program files->system tools->backup)

Is there a way you can access this archive to browse for an individual file using windows 2000? (similar to ghost explorer with ghost files)

Thanks!

Well that sort of answers a part of my question.. looks like there is no native way to extract from a windows98 backup file (.qic)

Anyone know of a freeware/shareware solution to extract files from a .qic file?
