Besides built in voltage control for the chipset in the bios, and the GeForce4 MX graphics built into the northbridge, there are very few differences between the two boards.
I had purchased the 8RGA+ for the VDD control offered in the BIOS, to help me reach higher FSB speeds. However, if you aren't overclocking, and do not need to have the built in graphics, then you should just go with the 8RDA+, or even the 8RDA3+ (official support of 400MHz FSB).
