Need a cheap Xp Pro

Hey all, So, I just got done ordering everything fro my new computer and am in need of an OS.
I currently have XP Pro and I'd just as soon stick with it so I don't have to mess with that activation garbage. The cheapest I've seen a full version of pro go for on ebay is around $115.00. I don't care about Microsoft's support either, as that's what we're all here for. I've gotten a lot better help on this board that I ever got from Tech support!! S, that being said, an OEM version or even a used version would be fine (as long as I'm the only one w/ that key registered!).
Just thought someone might be able to help me out.
Thanks!
James

I know someone is going to say I should try linux and I'd be willing to Dual Boot it if someone wants to hold my hand until I get it all down pat

Try looking for an academic (student) version, thats how I got mine for £35. Its about $85 in the US. Look:

Failing that an upgrade or OEM version is probably the cheapest you'll get it.
As to linux, when you try it, we'll all be here for you.

yeah, student versions are the way to go. I xp pro for free because I go to a university. I also don't have to deal with the activation crap either.
