Office 2000 pro-Word program

I am using Office 2000 Pro on an XP desktop and a Windows
2000 Laptop.

When opening Word for the first time after shutdown I
cannot use cut and paste. When I cut from the document I
get an error message that says winword.exe is generating
errors.

When I restart word I can cut and paste normally.

Any ideas out there?

Send a message via AIM to Droppyale Send a message via Yahoo to Droppyale
do you have installed the microsoft office service packs?

if not, that might fix the problem.

If you run the Office CD you will get the option to repair your Office installation. Try that.

Cheers!
