Need a Decent Video Card for < $120

Me again,

I need to get a mid-range video card for less than $120. I had a Radeon 8500 64MB in the past that performed very well. If I can get something better than that then I will, but otherwise will end up going back to it.
Thanks for the help!
James

According you can get both a GeForce Ti 4200 64MB or 128MB version for under $120.

Nice linkage, just what I was looking for. Now the question is, how much better is the 128 than the 64 MB version?

My board is an MSI, I'd just as soon keep the trend w/ this card, it is as good as the others? http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...Ti4200%2DVTD8X

None, most 64MB versions benchmark higher than the 128's. Personally, I have not noticed a difference in gaming between the two.

it is alittle hard to explain the 64 meg cards have faster ram alot of the time . so they work faster but are close to the 128 mb cards with slower ram . but the 128's bench mark higher for the most part . but you are still only talk abot a few fps so you won't really see the diifference with you eye . go read you other thread . i have posted a few recomendations there and don't wanna retype it out
