Graduation!?

I want to enter the field of gaming(i.e. designer, programmer, etc.). But do I have to have a graduate degree, if I'm already a good animator, modeller, programmer, etc. but not a graduate. In other words I want to know that is graduate degree a must for entering the game development line. If yes please tell me which degree should I go for.
Waiting for your reply.

Robin

Nope, the key component in entering the field as any other entertainment based field, is who you know.

So unless you are REALLY good are what you do. I'd network, and try to meet people in the industry.

I think you are right, the_artist_one. So, I'm considering doing computer engineering(B.E./B.Tech.). How about that!?

thePharaoh & the_artist_one your suggestions are just about right for me but I asked some people in the game development field via emails & they said the I should concentrate on just one field(programming, designing, etc.), as you said. But they also said that it is always a good thing to have sound knowlege in the other parts as well as it will increase my chances of getting a good job.
