yes it is.

The one thing that might be a negative aspect for that laptop is if you need long battery life. As it doesn't say Pentium4 m I'm assuming it is a standered Pentium4 so your battery life will be lowered as an effect.

if you hunt around you might find some coupons that will lower it even more , thats if you aren't already using some . here is a link to a thread on fatwallet that has some poupon codes , but they expire today .
