PLZ PLZ HELP!!!

Hi everyone I am new to these forums but have a question that needs answering. I have a standard intel mobo d845hv and I had to delete c and reinstall Win Xp but i have no sound. I can't find disk and it says there is no multimedia audio controller. What driver or what not do i need to get sound back? Thanx

WIN XP should recognize the Onboard Sound controller by itself.

Try to do a Add Hardware wizard....

Sometimes you need to install the motherboard drivers for Windows to recognize onboard hardware.
