Yesterday my internet went down and i am using a linux firewall now on checking the linux i have noticed that the squid service was missing. Does anyone have any info on what can be done to rectify this I.E reinstalling squid.
The problem has been solved!
Turns out the cache files reached their limits (1.6 and 2Gb!!!)
Cleaned them out, re-ran the service and all is well with the internet once again... no more salesforce on our backs - hurrah!!!
cheers chris u weirdo but due to my exexive use of listening to internet radio over flowed the cache all 1.2 gb and 2.2gb pretty much all me lol hehhehehehe
