Boards built around the Intel 875 (Canterwood), or 865 (Springdale) chipsets will support all 800 MHz FSB processors, including the 3.2 GHz.
I'm hearing good things about Abit's Canterwood and Springdale boards, but there's also Asus and Gigabyte, both good manufacturers. Depends on what kind of features you need.
